Organizing Committee "Russia 2018", 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Volunteer centers, cities’ and regions’ administrations is about to hold the 2018 World Cup "football lesson" in comprehensive schools of 11 cities-organizers on 1 September 2016, which are dedicated to the World Cup and promote an active lifestyle among the younger generation.

The Premier League and First Division football players, 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Ambassadors, outstanding athletes, cultural workers and artists, as well as administration of the host regions will teach the football lessons.

"Football Lesson" is a project of the Organizing Committee "Russia 2018", which is being implemented with the participation of the FIFA World Cup Volunteer Centres. Lessons started in December 2015 under the "Generation 2018" programme, designed to combine the football fans around the interest in World Cup games and basic social values: mutual respect, healthy lifestyle, and the principles of fair play.
